Shipping is calculated by multiple shipping services at checkout. Prices will change depending on weight and where you are located.

If an item in your order is a pre-order, it won't be shipped until the product is made.

Once your product is shipped, a tracking number will be sent out. Behind Cloudnine (behindcloudnine/cloudninepins) is not responsible for any lost or damaged items once the package has left their local post office.
